A quick, non-invasive test that records the electrical signals traveling through your heart. It helps detect irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias), heart attacks, and other structural heart conditions.
Test Instructions:
Clothing: Wear a two-piece outfit (like a shirt and pants) since you will need to remove your upper garments and wear a hospital gown.
Products: Avoid applying lotions, oils, or powders to your chest, arms, and legs on the day of the test, as they can interfere with the adherence of the electrode stickers.
Activity: Avoid heavy exercise or drinking ice-cold water immediately before the test, as both can temporarily alter your heart rhythm.
